All PaperRoom™ Coaches complete a rigorous training program and licensing program. Coaches may attain three levels of credentialing:

• PaperRoom™ Licensed Coach:

  A coach who has attended the intensive PaperRoom™ System Licensing Program (PRSLP) which includes 20 classroom hours, delivery of practice PaperRoom sessions, passed the knowledge exams and met all the requirements.

• PaperRoom™ Certified Coach:

  A Licensed PaperRoom Coach who has earned an additional credential to become "Certified" by The PaperRoom Institute. These coaches have passed an examination process the includes the submission of recordings / transcripts of actual PaperRoom sessions (with the permission of the client) which are scrupulously reviewed and critiqued. These coaches are expected to demonstrate the key competencies and a very high level of proficiency with The PaperRoom System™.

• PaperRoom™ Master Coach:

  To become a PaperRoom Master Coach, a PaperRoom Certified Coach must have successfully delivered more than 100 client PaperRoom sessions, passed an oral exam in front of a board of examiners, fulfilled the requirements to teach the PaperRoom System™ Licensing Program (PRSLP), and have demonstrated the ability to mentor other coaches.
